RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange  within 15 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.

 Upon receipt of your approved return, Kover-Ups will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Kover-Ups. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage.

Step 1:
Fill out our e-mail return form to get a return authorization number. 

Kover -Ups will not process any orders that are received without a return authorization number located on or close to the shipping label.

Step 2:
Fill out our e-mail return form to get a return authorization number. 

Write your return authorization number on the packing slip, circle the items you're returning, and include this slip in the box along with the items and their original packing material. Please send to

Be sure to write your return authorization number on the packing slip and place this important paperwork inside the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return/exchange was the result of our error. We cannot reimburse return shipping charges, so please contact us prior to mailing back a damaged or incorrect item.

Step 3:
Please ship the product back to us via UPS, Fedex, or USPS, and we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.

Note that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card. Please note that in the case of returns sent from APO/FPO addresses, the military handles the delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping time back to us. Usually these returns take a little longer than normal, so please be patient.
